Senators Weld and Rucker moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 8, line 46, after the word “scientifically” by inserting the words “or legally”;

On page 3, section 8, line 46, after the word “the” by inserting the word “ordinance,”;

On page 3, section 8, line 47, by striking out the word “reflecting” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “stating the”;

And,

On page 3, section 8, line 49, after the word “receipt.” by inserting the words “If the secretary does not render a decision within 90 days of receipt, the ordinance, rule, regulation, program, or permitting regime has the full force and effect of the law.”.
